Woman facing 50+ counts of forgery, ID theft, stolen mail
East Cobb News
A Smyrna woman arrested in the East Cobb area last week is facing more than 50 felony counts of forgery, identify theft fraud and stolen mail, along with narcotics charges.
Jerry Lynn Diltz, 49, who was arrested last Tuesday at North Marietta Parkway and Wallace Road, remains in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond, according to her booking report.
Diltz, who is listed on the booking report as Jerri Lynn Hayes, initially was charged with one count of narcotics trafficking and three other drug charges on the afternoon of Oct. 27.
A separate warrant taken out against her later that day by a different officer details the long list of other charges.
