FBI asks for help identifying Kansas City, Kansas, bank robber

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Weeks after a man robbed a bank at gunpoint in Kansas City, Kansas, the FBI has released additional photos of the suspect.

The robbery was reported just before 3 p.m. on June 17 at Country Club Bank at 11006 Parallel Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas.

A man walked into the bank, pointed a gun at the employees, threatened them and demanded money, Kansas City, Kansas, police said. The suspect was described as being a “heavyset male” and being about 5-feet 8-inches tall.

Images released by the FBI on Wednesday showed the suspect holding what appeared to be a bright green or yellow gun.
