Two Dane Co. men in federal custody after Fitchburg bank robbery

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Two Dane County men charged with robbing a Fitchburg bank last December are in federal custody, officials with the United States Attorney’s Office announced Friday.
A 29-year-old Madison man and a 22-year-old Windsor man are facing charges of armed bank robbery and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence. Authorities are also separately charging the Madison man with possessing three firearms as a felon.
