Police: Man robbed bank in Wisconsin, then drove to Kentucky to kill 2 women

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ky. —
A man is in custody after police said he shot two women in Washington County, Kentucky after robbing a bank states away.
An arrest citation says Roosevelt Davis III, 23, of Milwaukee, was arrested in Simpsonville, Kentucky early Friday morning. He had been identified as a suspect in double shooting and was taken into custody in reference to a bank robbery in Wisconsin.
While interviewing him, he admitted to using money from the robbery to buy two guns and camouflage. He said he then drove to Kentucky and shot two women, one fatally, at a home in Springfield.
Police said they were called to the home on Claybrook Avenue just after midnight for the shooting.
A woman, Kadesha Burch, 31, of Springfield, was found dead inside, and a 52-year-old was found shot in the face and taken to a hospital in Lexington.
