Caregiver accused of adult abuse, stealing over $125K from clients

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE -- A Gurdon woman with a felony record who was a live-in caretaker for a Hot Springs Village couple until they fired her in August was arrested Friday for allegedly stealing over $125,000 from them.
Linda Mae Fuller, 43, was taken into custody by Hot Springs Village police around 10:15 a.m. Friday and charged with felony counts of abuse of adults (exploitation of a vulnerable person), financial identity fraud and theft of property over $25,000, each punishable by up to 20 years in prison, and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and second-degree forgery, each punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Fuller, who lists a Gurdon address, was released later that same day on a $50,000 bond and is set to appear on Dec. 6 in Garland County District Court.
According to court records, she was convicted in Clark County on Aug. 30, 2019, of maintaining a drug premises, unlawful use of a communication device and delivery of meth and sentenced to six years' supervised probation, and on Sept. 5, 2019, of absconding, theft of property, unlawful use of a vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief and sentenced to four years in prison
