Russellville police searching for bank robbery suspect

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Russellville Police Department is investigating after a bank was robbed Wednesday evening.
A police spokesperson said a man entered a local bank at 4 p.m. and threatened the staff while demanding money. Officials said the man left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money before police officers arrived. Investigators said nobody was harmed in the incident.
A RPD spokesperson said the bank’s location is not being disclosed during this phase of the investigation and police are actively investigating this incident.
