Suspect in custody after reported robbery at Franklin Street bank

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Evansville Police say one person is in custody after reports of a hold-up at a bank in the the 2200 block of west Franklin Street.
According to dispatch, a hold-up alarm was sounded at approximately 12:15 p.m. on Thursday at First Federal Savings Bank.
Police say they apprehended the suspect inside the manager’s office in the bank. An officer at the scene said they did not find a weapon on the suspect.
