2 suspects arrested in multi-state bank robberies

Evansville, In. (WEHT)- Police say they have solved a multi-state crime spree with ties to Evansville.
Two suspects are in custody after several bank robberies in different states, including one in Evansville.
Stephen Hampton and Markwez Wynn were arrested in Tennessee.
They’re suspected in robbing Indiana members credit union on Evansville’s eastside last August.
The Evansville Police Department says one person would go inside the bank, but the second person would have a getaway vehicle waiting nearby.
