Feds indict 7 for cell phone fraud scheme

Three Southfield residents and three former Southfield residents are among seven facing charges for a $28 million-plus cell phone fraud and identity theft scheme, officials said.
Indicted by a federal grand jury in Detroit, the seven are charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identity theft in connection with the alleged fraud spanning multiple states. They include:
• Dominique Barnes, 33, of Southfield
• Delano Bush, 32, of Southfield
• Dalontae Davis, 31, of Sachse, Texas (formerly of Southfield)
• Joseph Ingram, 31, of Atlanta, Georgia (formerly of Southfield)
• Emmanuel Luter, 31, of Atlanta, Georgia (formerly of Southfield)
• Donnell Taylor, 30, of Southfield
• Joshua Motley, 33, of Detroit
