COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A teenager and a second suspect are in custody after police say they caught them red-handed trying to rob a Colorado Springs bank.
The investigation started around 10 Monday morning when officers responded to reports of an armed hold-up at the KeyBank off North Academy and Vickers. When officers arrived, they were told two people barged into the business demanding money, but that tellers didn’t comply and the pair left empty-handed. Witnesses said they drove off in a small silver sedan.
