FARGO — Two area men, including one who claimed he was picked off the street by men in an SUV and forced to cash stolen checks, are facing counterfeiting, theft and forgery charges.
Erik Everett Cryderman, 55, of Fargo, appeared April 6 in Cass County District Court on two Class B felonies each of theft and counterfeiting. An arrest warrant also has been issued for Gerald Lee Stillday, born in 1971, of Moorhead. He faces theft and forgery charges, both of which are Class B felonies.
