Two charged with Identity Theft after stealing over $1 million from USAA customers

SHREVEPORT, La. – Two people have been arrested for fraud after stealing more than $1 million from those who served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Investigators found that ZarRajah Watkins used her position at Teleperformance to get access to USAA bank account information. Watkins, allegedly, sold the USAA account information to Destane Glass and others. The suspects defrauded the account holders of more than $1 million. Glass used the money to purchase a new home, costly vehicles, and other expensive items.

ZarRajah Watkins was taken into custody on the 3200 block of Sandra Drive on Nov. 17 and was charged with 175 counts of Identity Theft. She was booked into the Caddo Parish Correctional Center without bond.
