PARRISH, Fla. (WWSB) - The man who allegedly walked into Fifth Third Bank in Parrish Monday, demanding cash and threatening to blow up the bank, has been arrested along with his getaway driver, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said.
The robbery occurred at the Fifth Third Bank on U.S. 301 just after 2:40 p.m., a sheriff’s spokesman said. A man approached the bank counter and dropped a package on the counter with a note threatening to blow up the bank.
On Monday night, detectives tracked down Robert Dietrich Frascella, 55, and charged him with armed robbery and false threat of an explosive device.
