Counterfeit Curency
Dickinson County, MI
FRPA Received the following alert:
This is the second counterfeit $100 in our area in the last two days. This one says COPY on the back.
The other said “Motion Picture Only”.
Please use caution when accepting cash.
You may want to notify your customers/members to look at the back and front of large bills.
The Michigan State Police are investigating this. It is a group of people and they are believed to be traveling around northern Michigan and Wisconsin.
